| Details: | Spoke with the operator to confirm that repeat samples collected on 10/01/25 were total coliform positive (TC+), with results also showing a chlorine residual of 0 ppm. The operator is working to correct the chlorinator feed line. We discussed flushing the lines once repairs are complete to ensure chlorine is pulled into the system, and targeting a residual of 0.20–0.40 ppm. Because of the TC+ results, the system has triggered a Level 2 Investigation, which we will coordinate with the operator. |
