| Details: | Doug/Jeff, You should have received a letter to complete the attached level 1 INVESTIGATION form in the next few days and submit to me or the state. If you have any question about the form please call me. Do act promptly to get this done and sent in before 10/12/25. I have noticed that the state water program has been making a greater effort expecting water system [companies] to meet time frames. For Example: Because repeat samples were not completed by 9/8, you are directed to complete this form for Level 1 Investigation before 10/12/25. |
