| Details: | The source sample violation in March is because a sample from SRC -AB was labeled as SRC AA. The vendor has been notified of the error by the contact for the system and requested this be corrected. SRC-AA was already abandoned by the time this sample in March was taken. It is an impossibility that it came from SRC-AA. I have requested the violation be RTC's and was advised the lab needed to make the correction. I notified the system contact and they asked the vendor to put in the request to the lab. | ||
