| Details: | I called Brett to alert him to the E-coli postive sample at source and requirement of 5 confirmation source samples for follow up ASAP (tomorrow or by end of the week the latest) which he agreed to. He is unaware of any physical problems at the well or recent work being done on it. I advised a close look at the well to verify no mechanical problems, loose openings, or damage to seal. | ||
