Details: System took Routine coliform sample on 4/1. Results were positive for Total Coliform.
Operator needs to take 3 REPEAT samples within the distributions system. One of the samples should be at the same site as the positive sample. 2nd sample upstream of the positive sample site and 3rd repeat sample downstream of the original positive sample site. Additionally Operator needs to take a source sample at the well. This is an untreated (non-chlorinated) sample. Mark this sample SOURCE.

If any repeats are positive, operator will need to determine and resolve the issue.

During the month of May 2019 - operator will need to take three more samples in distribution and mark them TEMPORARY ROUTINE.
