| Details: | Dorothy called to discuss elevated turbidities that occurred due to runoff and high river levels in late March. The report was reviewed and only one day had turbidity above 1 NTU, which was not a violation. However, on March 30 the chlorine residual dropped below the minimum required level of 0.2 mg/L and the required CT was not met, which are treatment technique violations. I amended the report to show the minimum chlorine residual and CT were not met. Drafted a public notice that must be distributed and sent it to Dorothy. City to return a dated copy of the notice. | ||
