| Details: | The system distributed its 2024 CCR and submitted a copy to us on 8/15/2025, with the Certification Form received on 9/17/2025. This information was forwarded to DMCE for data entry on 9/22/2025. These submissions will result in Violations #902608662 and #902608633 being RTCed — totaling 2 points. The September coliform sample, received on 10/5/2025 will result in Violation #902608695 being RTC (1 point). The system contact indicated that some monitoring has been conducted in communications with DWS staff. DWS staff believes this was referencing L&C sampling. To verify, DWS staff reached out to Columbia Labs to confirm whether any sampling had been performed in 2025 to determine whether additional violations may soon be eligible for RTC. Moving forward, efforts will focus on guiding and supporting the system to ensure the L&C CCTX reports are submitted on time. The August L&C CCTX report was received but not on time. 10/15/25 Update: I spoke with system operator on 10/14/2025. Operator believes DBP samples were collected, has bottles to collect L&C samples and recently met with the lab to contract/plan system sampling. He submitted new DRC information for the system and is working on written protocols for under certified operators. DWS staff encouraged to submit L&C CCTX reports on time and VOC and SOC sampling. |
