Details:	On 10-9-25 I spoke with Jason Ellertson regarding a variety of compliance issues and followed up with an email listing them out and next steps to resolve them. Issues ranged from the membrane treatment technique violations from May - Aug 2025 and the need to hopefully demonstrate compliance in the report due for the month of September; changes in operators (Brandon Ford now replaced by Jason Ellertson - no change in Darrel Lockard being both treatment and distribution operator in direct responsible charge (DRC) at the moment, however, Jason Ellertson may be assigned as the distribution DRC soon, so I sent the DRC form needed to make that change happen); getting a cross-connection control specialist in place; notifying individuals of lead and copper tap sampling completed in 2024 and 2025 and with the next round of 10 tap samples due to be collected June 1 - Sept 30, 2026; completing the Level 1 Coliform Investigation due by 10-23-25; a Groundwater Rule (GWR) source sampling violation from Sept 2025 in which the sources were sampled in a timely manner but mislabeled; getting the remaining cyanotoxin sampling completed for this year in October; and required elements in the calendar year 2024 Consumer Confidence Report due July 1, 2025. 10-13-25 Update - I received the Level 1 Coliform Investigation on Saturday (10-11-25) and reviewed it Monday and requested the form be signed and submitted for entry with no further comments - E.
