Details:	TC Positive on October 9, 2025. 10.21.2025-The County Parks Director reported that the water system has been shock chlorinated. A SP water sample will be collected once the chlorine residual in the distribution system returns to 0.0 ppm. Next steps: The system is planning to upgrade the water system by adding minimum disinfection. Assistance from the Circuit Rider Program was requested. The Circuit Rider engineer is expected to help the system determine the best alternative for disinfection. No updated to the operating period. The system's normal operating period ended on September 30th. However, due to increased customer demand this year, the system is expected to remain open until October 31st. Any extension past this date requires an additional monthly RT sample for each subsequent month of operation. 10.15.2025-The operator informed me that two of the three RP samples and the TG sample came back total coliform positive. Next steps: Operator advised to complete a L1 Coliform Assessment. Depending on the results of the coliform assessment, corrective actions may include shock chlorination of the source, storage tank and distribution. A copy of the level one coliform investigation form was provided via email. 10.13.2025-I emailed the operator and instructed him to collect 3 RP samples and a TG sample at the wellhead: - One RP sample at the site that tested total coliform positive (Fresh water 1) - One RP sample at within five connections upstream from the Fresh water 1 site. - One RP sample at within five connections downstream from the Fresh water 1 site. - The TG sample must be collected at the wellhead. The operator was also advised to improve the sample site names by specifying the location. of the sample tap.
