| Details: | Emailed Russel Griffith, water system operator about the missed repeat and triggered source sample. The water system called back the next day and let me know the reason they missed the sample was due to the Federal Government shutdown and essential staff being deployed to a fire. He indicated that now they are on base, they could samples. He was informed that the system now needs to complete a Level 2 investigation. | ||
