| Details: | Corrective action has been completed as of 10/10/25. A threaded coupler was removed from the well head and a new well seal was installed. The well head is now properly sealed. The well, storage tank and distribution have been shock chlorinated and flushed. Special samples have been collected. I have informed Jesus that 3 repeat samples and a triggered source sample are still required. Results of special and compliance samples will determine next steps. A boil advisory is still in effect and public notice was issued again on 10/2/25. |
