| Details: | I spoke to Shannon regarding missing the missing third quarter coliform sample. I explained that she will get a letter from the DWP regarding a makeup sample and the requirements that need to be met to stay on a quarterly sampling schedule. She was informed that failure to meet the requirement would result in a monthly sampling schedule for one year. She is waiting for a new UV lamp to be installed next week and will sample after. She was informed to insure the sample reaches DWP by 11/10 and then another routine quarterly sample of before 12/31 with a minimum of one week gap in between samples submissions. |
