| Details: | 3/23/26: never received a response. Emailed Jessica and asked her to send the email to Keith, offered help, sent violation link. 2/11/26: no response to my voicemail from January. Tried calling again but Keith's phone wasn't accepting phone calls. Texted instead, gave him my email incase that was an easier way of communicating. 1/7/26: received a voicemail from Keith, called back and left a message. 12/17: spoke with Jessica, she forwarded the information onto Keith.10/15: spoke with Jessica and she stated that they are still working to identify the material type of the service line. 8/26: emailed operator and had no response. Prior contact on 7/10 and discussed the inventory. | ||
