| Details: | Visited with the operator and discovered that the aerator was not removed for both the routine and repeat samples. I suggested taking a special sample at this tap with the aerator removed. If the sample is absent, the issue has been addressed and the next sample due is one routine sample in November. If the special sample comes back positive, I suggested replacing the faucet fixture. I emailed the firm a level 1 investigation and asked that it be completed and returned to me within 30 days. |
