| Details: | Phone call with Roger regarding coliform in the system. Tree roots have intruded into one of the underground concrete tanks and he is elderly with health problems and repair the tank and is requesting assistance. He stated he is adding bleach to the well each month. I have an email and call into the circuit rider to provide on-site TA. This system is within 0.5 miles from City of Rainier PWS boundary and might be a candidate for consolidation and have added them to the list. | ||
