| Details: | One of four routine coliform samples collected on October 13, 2025 was positive for total coliform bacteria (negative for E. coli). Water system collected four repeat coliform samples on October 15, 2025, along with triggered source coliform samples at wells in use on October 13th. One of the repeat samples was total coliform positive, at a different site than the initial routine positive. Due to confirmed coliform presence, advised system to check for sanitary defects and to submit a level 1 coliform investigation form within 30 days. Beyond that, no other action is required at this time. |
