| Details: | The water system was initially emailed on 10/8. I then texted Julie a few days later to make sure she was aware of the positive sample on 10/6. Fast forward to 10/13 where follow up samples were collected. The system collected 1 distribution sample and 2 source samples. Conversation with Julie was that the well house sample was actually collected at the booster pump house (not SRC-AC). I explained that the repeat samples (which were not marked correctly) had to be distribution samples. The system seems to have issues about the same time every year and they are working to determine the cause of the coliform. A level 2 investigation is to be scheduled between DWS and the water system. |
