Details: On 04/08/19 I emailed Mr. Scott McNair to remind him that his system is on a monthly coliform sampling schedule. 1 routine sample per month to be taken beginning March 01, 2017. Mr. McNair was also instructed to contact our office to verify his contact information on file is current.

On 04/19/2019 I Left a voice message for Mr. Scott McNair. I once again reminded Mr. McNair that his system is on a monthly coliform sampling schedule and I also offered my assistance to help address any issues that they may be having with their water system. Mr. McNair was instructed to call back or email me to confirm they are aware of their monthly coliform schedule.

On 04/29/2019 I received an email from Mr. McNair confirming the receipt of my two previous emails. He also confirm that the system information on the Data Online webpage is current and he is still the operator for Agness RV Park / Cougar Lane Lodge. Mr. McNair reviewed the link I shared with him in a previous email and could verify that their water system is on monthly testing. He stated that they will get back on monthly samples.

To return to quarterly sampling I advised Mr. McNair to do the following:

1. Collect and report 12 consecutive months of coliform sampling without any monitoring or reporting violations, or coliform investigation triggers.

2. After collecting 12 consecutive monthly samples, please email me a request to return to quarterly sampling.

3. Once I receive the system's request, I will schedule a site visit and ensure the system is free of sanitary defects. If defects are found, they must be corrected and noted before granting the reduction back to quarterly.
