| Details: | System was put on monthly coliform monitoring due to missed sampling (system was required to take quarterly coliform samples). A sample collected on 8/25/25 was present for total coliform. Three repeat samples and a triggered source sample are the required follow up samples. On 9/8/25, the system collected one repeat sample that was absent for bacteria. |
