| Details: | I spoke with the operator about their coliform sampling schedule. They started monthly routine coliform sampling in Nov 2024 due to late routine samples. They've since taken 12 consecutive absent routine coliform samples. The operator says there are no apparent sanitary defects at the restaurant currently when I conducted the remote site visit. Their coliform sampling schedule will be returned to a quarterly sampling schedule. | ||
