| Details: | On Monday, Oct 6th, I called the public water system about the total coliform-positive repeat sample taken from the distribution system at the sample site #4, on Oct 1, 2025. I advised him that he needed to collect three temporary routine samples before the end of the month. I also recommended he shock chlorinate the system to ensure the contamination is removed. He let me know he would go ahead and shock chlorinate the system and also take the 3 temporary routine samples before the end of the month. | ||
