| Details: | I spoke with the operator regarding the TC+ repeats and triggered sample. I conducted the Level 2 Coliform Investigation on 9/30/25. They will be installing a chlorinator and start gathering documents for the plan review process. I emailed the operator plan review instructions, and links to a free chlorine residual test kit. | ||
