| Details: | Positive coliform follow up with Pat. Single repeat sample and the triggered sample were positive . Original routine on Aug 12 was from the front sink and the positive repeat and triggered samples were from men's restroom and well. Discussed with Pat and he will attempt to chlorinate the system, flush take at least one special verification sample. | ||
