| Details: | Positive repeat coliform follow up with Cheryl. Called and left a message for Cheryl, let her know there were 2 repeat samples that were positive. Original routine on Aug 14 was from 414 Teakwood and the positive repeat samples were from same site and from spigot just after the holding tank. All triggered samples came back clean. Recommended shock chlorination of the system, flush and take at least one special verification sample. | ||
