| Details: | Emailed Will to inform him that the deficiencies found at the water system survey for West Union Elementary are due to be corrected November 4th. He will need to provide proof to me that the system has the following documents: 1. Operations & Maintenance Manual 2. Emergency Response Plan 3. Written protocol for under-certified operators (must be filled out for each under-certified operator) I told him to let me know if he needs the templates resent to him. |
