| Details: | I emailed three residents from the system the TC+ alert that was received on 10/23/25. I included a link to their SDWIS coliform schedule. I also included a copy of the OVSS rules. I highlighted the testing reduction criteria. "Good morning, I received the alert below for a positive coliform sample in your distribution system. You can see your required repeat testing schedule here: Since we last spoke there are new rules governing Oregon Very Small Water Systems (OVSS). You are required to submit one repeat distribution sample and a triggered source sample from each well. I would like to confirm who is still the principle contact for your water system. I have attached a copy of the OVSS rules for your review. Highlighted sections discuss testing reductions when the stated criteria are met. Please let me know if you have any questions." sk |
