| Details: | The system recently had a TC+ result (10/22/2025) for a routine sample at Riviera Mobile Park. The system had questions about the repeats required. I let Mike Bollweg know that they needed to take a repeat at the same location and one upstream and one downstream of the location that had the TC+ result. I also discussed the triggered samples that were required. That is when Mike informed me that Well #1 was not in service for over a month. So I notified DMCE that Well #1 needs to be changed to inactive. Update - Mike called me back and said the results for the repeats were TC+ also so I told him he will need to do a Level 1 investigation, and I emailed the form to him. |
