| Details: | On Monday, Oct 27, I called the PWS to discuss the total coliform-positive routine sample taken from the distribution system at the sample site, Men's Restroom, on Oct 23, 2025. I advised the operator to collect one repeat sample within 24 hours per the coliform sample plan — the sample needed to be taken is repeat sample at the same location as the TC+ result. I also advised the operator that they needed to take a triggered source sample from the wellhead. The operator said she recently suffered a family tragedy but will try to get someone to take the samples tomorrow. |
