| Details: | I reached out to Debbie and let her know that the coliform sample collected on 10/2/25 was positive for total coliform. One repeat and triggered source sample are needed for follow up. There is a UV unit and the system had called a plumber to change out the bulb due to an alarm on the unit but the unit was not serviced. |
