| Details: | Spoke with Steve Schroeder at Robbins Nest Residential Park about lead copper rule progress as per 4/16/25 letter from state. Items 1, 2 and 3 are documented as complete Item 4 is about public education. A flyer on this topic was emailed today to Steve to edit and provide to each residence. A document was also included for use in certifying that the education material has been shared with residents. Item 5. As per Steve the EP sample for lead/copper has been collected. Reviewing data base it appears the results are mixed in with the 5 sample round collected on same day. Need to distinguish which sample is applicable and provide to state DWP as the EP sample. Item 6. Recommendation for Corrosion Control prepared by the Circuit Rider was received from Robbins Nest ownership last week and I emailed to state DWP earlier today. Item 7 and 8 are mute if next two 5-sample-rounds have results below the Action Level. Misc. Letter Item. The first 5 sample round was completed near end of August and results are below the Action Level. The next round is due between January 1 and June 30, 2025. Another Misc. Letter Item. Notification of results requirement for households participating in the Spring 2025 sampling has been completed in August. Steve states copies of letters were sent by US mail to state DWS more than a month. Item 4 appears the most notable task pending completion then notifying state DWP or CHW. |
