| Details: | The system was placed on monthly sampling on 09/01/2024. Currently the system has 12 months of coliform absent sample results. Called and spoke with the operator, discussed using coliform sampling plan and rotating quarterly sampling with sample sites in the distribution. Emailed operator a coliform sampling plan. Discussed with the operator if any sanitary defects exist in the system currently, she stated the system is in good operating condition and there are no defects. The system has met requirements to return to quarterly sampling. |
