| Details: | Spoke with Steve about completing a level 1 investigation. I emailed him the form to fill out. He will send it back to me when it’s completed. He informed me that well two is off and is under repairs. We also covered that he needs to take 3 repeat samples and a triggered sample from any well that was on. Results will dictate further action. System will need 3 temporary routines in November since they are a quarterly sampling system | ||
