| Details: | DWS staff reached out to system contact to remind the system of upcoming reporting deadlines for October and to inform them of their current PNC status (14 points). The outreach provided friendly guidance on submitting required reports—including the monthly coliform sample results, Surface Water Treatment Report, and Lead/Copper Corrosion Control Report—and offered support in ensuring timely submission (by 11/10/2025) to DMCE. The goal of this communication was to help the system return to compliance. 11/10/2025: System staff reported lead and copper samples were submitted to lab and DWS staff sent reminder about Corrosion Control report being due today. 1/9/2025: DWS had phone call with system staff. The system submitted the October 2025 CC Report on time, resolving three violations (points corrected upon entry). The October and November SWTR reports were also submitted on time, resolving one additional violation upon data entry. With these updates entered, the system’s total drops to approximately 9 points = no longer classified as a PNC. Regarding outstanding survey deficiencies, system was emailed an under-certified protocols form to resubmit, as the previously submitted version lacked signatures. Monitoring coordination with the lab is ongoing, with some parameters (DBPs and LCR) requiring specific sampling months. A revised corrective action deadline of October 1, 2026, has been established. |
