| Details: | Jessica emailed to report the +TC detection for the October routine. The sample was collected at a vegetable prep sink in the restaurant. Jessica said she did not clean the tap with alcohol prior to flushing. I send her information on proper sampling taps and technique and reminded her to collect 3 repeat samples in the distribution and a triggered source sample. | ||
