| Details: | Called Tammy Palmer to discuss most recent samples that tested positive for coliform. The samples were supposed to be labeled as temporary routine and the lab labeled them as routine. Sent the schedule and text the sample requirements on October 15th. All three temporary routine samples tested positive for coliform. Also, discuss and let her know that the swivel, gooseneck, kitchen faucet is not the best location for samples. Discussed other sites they can sample. The positive samples now require a Level 2 investigation. | ||
