| Details: | I contacted Mr. Hannum today and discussed his intent to take the the required 2025 lead and copper sampling. I instructed him to wait until summer 2026 to sample for these rather than take them in November 2025 and have these invalidated. He intends to wait until 2026 (6/1-9/30). Also instructed him to complete nitrITE sampling along with nitrATE sampling in 2025 to RTC the current violation. Finally, I once again informed him on the need to complete current and future CCR and ASR certifications and submit to either me or the state. This is an ongoing issue we've addressed over many years now, but hope he has an understanding of these requirements. |
