| Details: | Failure to report RT sample for 3rd quarter of 2025 10.31.2025 - I emailed the operator reminding him to collect and report a routine sample during the month of November, or even in December, but no later than December 31, 2025. Once this sample is reported to DMCE, the violation that was triggered for not reporting a RT sample in the 3rd quarter of this year will return back to compliance. The operator was also reminded that additional failures to report quarterly samples may trigger an increase in the monitoring frequency from quarterly to monthly RT sampling. |
