| Details: | Called to inform operator that the last repeat Coliform test was positive for TC. I recommended that the operator check their system for potential sources of contamination and consider installing disinfection. The operator mentioned that they had not opened/inspected the water tank for many years; I recommended they inspect the water tank and get it cleaned if necessary. The operator mentioned they were considering installation of a UV system; I told the operator that if they did install UV it needed to meet drinking water/NSF 60 standards. |
