| Details: | Total Coliform Positive at the Entry Point (EP) sample site. 11.04.2025 - The operator left a voice message reporting that the system collected a routine sample at the EP site on 11.03.25, that tested positive for total coliform. The operator requested guidance on next steps. Next steps: The operator was instructed to follow their coliform sapling plan. The system will collect a TG sample at the source and three RP samples in the distribution system. One repeat at the EP site, and two more RP samples upstream from the EP site. Samples should be collected as soon as practical and prior to any corrective actions. |
