| Details: | Tim called to let me know a sample came back positive for coliform/negative for e-coli and wanted instructions for next steps. I advised him to do 3 distribution samples labeled repeat and one source sample labelled triggered. I reminded him of his coliform sampling schedule he has to reference which sites he designated for follow ups. He agreed to follow up sampling schedule. I followed up with an e-mail to him with the updated sampling schedule for follow ups. |
