| Details: | I spoke on the phone with Dennis to ask him to finish the requirements for plan review for the new well because the area inspector alerted me to the information that it is already in use. I also let him know I would be sending a letter for the deficiency correction for not having a certified operator. I let him know the SOC,VOC sampling violation was still on the system. I let him know that the sampling schedule would change once the plan review process and approval is completed. | ||
