| Details: | Called Steve, left voicemail re: TC+ on 11/3 annual assessment sample and missed routine for October. No annual assessment sample is needed for this water system, unsure if labeling issue or operator error. *Spoke with operator Steve and this "assessment" sample was a special sample for Plan Review. This well is not yet on line and this raw coliform sample was for PR purposes. Should have been labeled Special or investigation but not AS. No repeat sampling needed. This system does not chlorinate so an Assessment sample would not be required. No further action needed. |
