| Details: | I received a phone call from the State Drinking Water Program stating that the routine coliform sample taken on 5 November from the men’s restroom came back positive for e. coli and total coliform. I called and spoke to Mr. Stegner and explained the 3 Repeat samples from the distribution and a triggered sample must be taken as soon as possible. |
