| Details: | System contact called to let me know three repeat samples were positive for E.coli. System was contacted by OHA on call as well. The on call engineer sent resources such as the boil advisory template, circuit rider information, level 2 investigation template & shock chlorinating tank guidelines. Was able to the reach the contact to let her know that the boil public notice will need to be done & encouraged them to utilize the circuit rider. Scheduled a level 2 investigation. Advised them to focus on storage tank & backflow assembly. Both sources were absent for coliform. | ||
