Next steps: - The operator will work on creating a written coliform sampling plan and complete the operation and maintenance manual for the water system. - Water quality monitoring: The system was reminded that they should be collecting quarterly coliform samples, one AS sample per year at the wellhead and one nitrate sample per year at entry point. 11.10.2025 - Survey report submitted to operator and DMCE. - Unmet rule requirement identified during survey.
