| Details: | Routine coliform taken 11/18 Tc+. Spoke to Levi on the phone and he also took two special samples same day and all TC+ one of which was from the cistern. Discussed need for 3 repeats and a triggered sample. This may trigger a level 2 investigation and we will meet next week on site. System has had persistent coliforms for the last couple months and the well has been absent, so theory is source of bacteria is in the cistern. Following site visit, I suggested contacting OAWU or the circuit rider to try to find source of contamination. System has had 2 confirmed coliforms since September, so another confirmed may required installation of chlorine. | ||
