| Details: | I attempted to contact operator Hannum today regarding the triggered sample positive for E. Coli. He stated in our last conversation on 11/18/25 that he would be leaving town and that further involvement with this situation by him would need to wait. I provided an email today outlining the need to submit a boil water notice, which I provided a template for, inform all water users of this result, and provide 5 confirmation samples at the well within 24 hours. I also addressed chlorine residuals masking repeat samples and asked he contact me to address this unauthorized action. I also went ahead and added a boil water notice advisory in webforms online ahead of any results from the 5 confirmation samples, which may be premature. I will correct this if needed. |
