| Details: | Lesa contacted our office to inquire about a reduction in the nitrate schedule. I believe they have met the OVSS criteria for a reduction and I submitted a request for review to DWP compliance. I also submitted a change of contact request using Survey 123. I offered to review the system information page with her as her husband is no longer operating the system. We discussed that oversight of OVSS systems will be overseen by OHA after January 1. | ||
