| Details: | Phone call with Shari to discuss violations from E. coli sample in August 2024 and Feb. 2025. She stated that the county made a site visit and discussed sampling methods. She had been taking samples from hose bibs without disinfecting the sample taps first, which could have explained the positive test results. Last 2 routine coliform samples were absent for coliform. I also emailed a guidance document on monitoring and reporting for OVS systems. | ||
