| Details: | All 3 repeats samples from distribution TC+ following 11/18 routine positive. Triggered well sample absent. Spoke with Levi and he will chlorinate reservoir again to 10 mg/L, flush and resample. However, this appears to be the 3rd confirmed coliform in the last 3 months so system may be required to install chlorine if a definitive source of contamination is not located and fixed. I will conduct a level 2 investigation Wednesday 11/26 and recommended consulting with OAWU or Civil West which may help diagnose and/or install chlorine. | ||
